Who we are

Ephunter (PT Ephunter Cipta Gemilang) was formed in 2021, with virtual offices in Serpong, Tangerang. We dedicate ourselves to helping companies meet their human resource needs and advance the careers of talents & professionals in Indonesia. To support the needs of business partners, we currently provide 2 types of recruitment services, namely RPO (Recruitment Process Outsources) and Headhunter.

We are here to facilitate recruitment in all industries and all levels of positions, starting from Non Staff Level up to C-Level for the Non-Technology category.

Even though we are still very new and still small in this industry as an individual company, the team we have are professionals who are experts in their respective fields who have more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector to handle various types of companies and businesses.

Recruitment Process Outsources (RPO) is the transfer of the blue collar level recruitment process or all positions included in the non-staff level to a 3rd party such as cleaning service, office boy, gardener, driver, courier, packing operator, factory operator (max experience 2 years) and the like.

This RPO is different from outsourcing, where RPO only focuses on recruitment so that the client company's HRD focuses on the work contract process, payroll, people development, and other HRD functions to support company performance. The way this type of service works starts from the candidate sourcing process, candidate interviews and our profiling

Fees for this type of service are very affordable and are only paid when the candidate we send is accepted for work at the client's company, as well as a 30 calendar day guarantee for replacement if the candidate resigns before 30 calendar days.

Headhunter is the transfer of the recruitment process for staff positions up to C-Level to a 3rd party using a buy-out system, so that the employment contract remains with the client company and the employees.

Finding manpower in strategic positions is not easy and takes a long time, while the function of HR in a company is not only about recruiting. Therefore, we are here to help make the recruitment process for strategic positions faster and more accurate. Our services start from sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, profiling candidates and sending candidate documents to clients for further processing.

Fees for Talent Search / Headhunting services are very affordable and are only paid when the candidate we send is successfully accepted for work at the client company as well as a 90 calendar day guarantee for replacement if the candidate resigns before 90 calendar days.
